Welcome to Whitefish Base Camp 48, a newly built luxury condo offering a prime location that is nestled in Eagle Lake. The Eagle Lake community sits on 6 acres of land and offers communal fire pits, a playground and beautifully landscaped pathways. Find yourself just a 3-minute drive to Downtown Whitefish, where you will find many restaurants, breweries and shopping! Also conveniently located to Whitefish Mountain Resort and Whitefish Lake, making this the ideal place all year round!
This condo boasts 1,750 square feet of modern elegance, featuring an open floor plan and views of the Eagle Lake water feature from the back patio! The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
You will enter property through the front door into the main hallway leading to the open great room, holding the living room and kitchen areas.
Living Room: The living room offers a sleek contemporary design. Unwind on the comfortable sectional sofa, that is also a full-size sleeper. Enjoy entertainment on the 70” Smart TV or cozy up next to the gas fireplace. Access to the back patio is located off the living room.
Kitchen: The kitchen embodies modern elegance with its stainless-steel appliances, including a 5-burner gas range, and a stunning waterfall kitchen island that seats six. Additional seating can be found at the high bar top table with seating for three behind the living room sectional.
Game Room: Located in the single garage you will find the perfect hang out spot. Enjoy the cozy sofa while watching some TV or playing some video games. Perfect for any age!
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1 - King-sized bed, a 60” Smart TV, and ample closet storage. An en suite bathroom accentuates comfort with a dual sink vanity and a large glass shower.
Bedroom 2 - King-sized bed, a 60” Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 3- King-sized bed, a 60” Smart TV, dresser, closet space, and private access to the outdoors. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity and a tub shower combo.
Outdoor Space: Outside, enjoy waterfront and mountain views from the private back patio. The private hot tub and propane BBQ grill offer a perfect spot for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Laundry: Washer and dryer located in the hallway closet
Parking: Unassigned parking in the community for up to 3 vehicles at first come, first serve.
