You will be located less than a mile of downtown and minutes from Whitefish Mountain Resort, Whitefish Lake and many hiking trails! Nestled in the trees, enjoy the expansive back deck where you may even see some wildlife!
Located on a corner lot, this charming townhouse offers 2,040 square feet of pure delight across two levels. With three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms to comfortably sleep up to eight guests.
Your journey begins at the front door, leading you right into the main level great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. The floor plan offers privacy with the Master Bedroom separate from the main living spaces, but still close to the gatherings in the main living area!
Living Room: This room features comfy furnishings, a Smart TV, gas fireplace and ample lighting offers an inviting ambiance for cozy evenings and lively conversations.
Upper Level Family Room: Venture to the upper level family room, where a full-size sleeper sofa, Smart TV, and an array of board games await, promising hours of entertainment!
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and contains stainless steel appliances. Plenty of counter space for preparing meals and bar top seating for four adds a sociable touch.
Dining area: This area offers seating for six, hardwood floors and deck access.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (Main Level)— King size bed, ample storage space with a walk in closet and access to back deck. The private bathroom features two sinks, soaking tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (Upper Level) — Full size bed and access to shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level) — Full size bed and access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Half bathroom on the main level
Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy the spacious back deck, surrounded by the trees, providing a true wilderness ambiance. This space is complete with outdoor seating including a fire pit. Cook up a feast using the provided propane BBQ or enjoy a game of corn hole! On the front porch, immerse yourself in the soothing private hot tub and bask in the serenity of your surroundings! Also, enjoy the ping pong table located in the garage!
