Whitefish Lake Summit Chateau offers the ultimate Whitefish experience. Located in Elk Highlands, the home overlooks the beautiful Whitefish Lake and sits on the mountain providing ski-in/ski-out access via the private neighborhood ski run and lift. You will also be close to numerous hiking trails and is just 7 miles to downtown Whitefish.
Built in 2021, this stunning modern retreat provides a spacious open floor plan with three bedrooms, a bonus/game room, and three and a half bathrooms to easily accommodate up to 14 guests.
You will enter through the garage and into the great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area — all accentuated by the soaring ceilings and plenty of natural light.
Living Room: This room features offers comfortable leather furnishings including recliner sofas, an inviting gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. The large slider door opens to the covered heated patio where you can enjoy the lake and forest views.
Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless appliances, including a gas stove top and a double-door oven. You’ll also enjoy an expansive center island with seating for four.
Dining Area: Features a table with seating for up to eight, all with gorgeous surrounding views of the woods and lake.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom 1 — King-size bed, cozy gas fireplace, a Smart TV, and stunning views. The ensuite bathroom offers dual sinks, a heated towel rack, a soaking tub, and a large separate shower with double shower heads.
Master Bedroom 2 — King-size bed, electric fireplace, Smart TV; the private bathroom offers a shower.
Bedroom 3 — Queen size bed
Bonus/game room (upper level) — Two queen beds with twin trundles, a high quality queen sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, and a Smart TV. This room also boasts a pool table, a game/card table, and a massage chair. The private bathroom offers a shower.
