One of the most popular trails in the area is the Whitefish Trail from the beginning of the Lion Mountain Trailhead. This trailhead is only two miles from the center of town, so you can easily get here in five minutes or less. You can also access this trial from the Swift Creek Trailhead on Whitefish Lake. However, if you want to bring your pup with you for a snow-filled day of fun in the sun, we recommend taking them on a multi-hour trip to Round Meadow and Whitefish Trail.
