Whitefish Happy Bear Trail is conveniently located just 5 miles down Hwy 93S from downtown Whitefish, where you’ll find shopping, diverse restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere. In summer, enjoy outdoor adventures like hiking and mountain biking, while winter offers exciting skiing and snowboarding at Whitefish Mountain Resort, only 7 miles away. With easy access to both town and the mountain, this retreat is perfect for all your seasonal activities!
This chalet in the woods has been completely remodeled and offers 1,500 square feet over two levels. You’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.
After stepping up a few porch steps, you will enter through the front door and into the great room holding the living room, dining area and kitchen — with the entire space offering a modern and rustic décor accentuated by the wood beam ceilings.
Living Room: This room features a large sectional couch, a 60” Smart TV and a cozy wood-burning stove.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, a refrigerator with ice/water on the door, and a center island for more counter space and storage.
Dining Area: This area offers a gorgeous wood table with unique log stools and bench seating.
Bonus space: You’ll find a game room located in the building just behind the house. Inside, you’ll enjoy a large sectional and Smart TV, mini-fridge, plus a shuffleboard table and foosball table. A great space for some indoor fun.

Master Bedroom (upper level) — King-size bed, 44” Smart TV, private balcony.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — Queen bed with XL twin trundle. a twin bed (that converts into a king bed), and Smart TV.
The upper-level full shared bath features a soaking tub inside an oversized shower.
The main-level full shared bath features a shower.
Internet Access: High-speed Wi-Fi
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen
Parking: Driveway parking
Air conditioning: Central - vents located on first level

Pets: Yes, up to two dogs with non-refundable pet fee of $150 (please note the yard is not completely fenced)
